Review of decision to limit participation of Russian and Belarusian stations in 2022 OCDX Contest

We have received some vigorous feedback, mainly from the VK contest community, about the decision to limit the participation of Russian and Belarusian stations in the 2022 OCDX Contest. In light of this feedback, and the recent change in policy for the treatment of Russian and Belarusian stations in the CQ WW DX contests, the OCDX Contest Committee is reviewing its decision on this matter. We expect to be able to announce the outcome of this review by 18 September 2022.
